This book is an epic and definitive compendium of Bodybuilding and steroid knowledge, based on decades of learning, experience, and scientific research. It will empower you to make safe and sensible choices about Bodybuilding, nutrition, health, and steroid use.
It really is a complete guide, close to 70,000 words in length. The sheer breadth and depth of information will equip you with all the tools you'll ever need, so you can fine tune your body like an advanced racing car engine. But it starts with the basics
• How to build big, strong, aesthetic muscles, with a focus on big “compound” lifts.
• There is detailed information on every aspect of nutrition, including precise guidance on how to eat to gain muscle or lose fat.
• Cardio-vascular training is thoroughly explained, with reference to fitness, health, and fat loss.
• There are a variety of sample Bodybuilding training programs, and also programs for Power Lifting and Sports.
And what about steroids? Are you interested, tempted, or maybe already using? Well, whatever, you need to read this book if you want an utterly comprehensive guide to steroids and other drugs, with info on optimizing effectiveness and minimizing risk.
Exhaustive profiles explain the uses and side effects of all the different steroids (and other drugs). There are eleven sample steroid cycles for guys, covering a wide variety of options and all levels from beginner to very advanced. If you’re interested you even get specialist cycles for strength sports and athletic performance, and a cycle for bringing on muscle cell “hyperplasia” using Lr3 IGF-1. You also learn how to make different steroids (and other drugs) work together synergistically, like different elements of an army in a perfectly co-ordinated military strike. Oh, and in another section there are four further steroid cycles, but they’re for ladies.

The book has a conversational and intentional humor to it which help to keep the subject of bodybuilding lively and interesting. If you are REALLY into bodybuilding and steroids as I am, than you will love this book. The author felt compelled to preface the book with the notion that steroids are unsafe and unnecessary. I disagree with this opinion and believe rather that steroids are quite safe when used in moderation, particularly when given to a man with underlying testosterone deficiency. Nelson Vergel's book, "Testosterone, a man's guide" details the numerous studies that support that fact. Testosterone replacement has been proven to decrease all forms of overall morbidity and mortality in hypogonadal men in most studies.Product details

Bodybuilding Strength Training and Steroids The Complete Guide eBook Samson Reviews
This is a great book for the user of AAS outside of the medical establishment's prescribed reasons by firsthand account of a user and gym enthusiast. This work is especially good for beginners in this realm who have a need for literature that they may learn what they may be getting into. I think this to be well written and is one of my reference materials on the topic...
Everything you need to know about lifting, exercise, diet and steroids in one book. Best of all, there's an emphasis on safety. The author does everything he can to ensure you're not going to injure yourself lifting, or doing cardio … or using steroids.
And on the subject of steroids, the best and most comprehensive info you're going to find.
Seriously, buy the book. It made me think twice about my whole approach to training. I'm 12kgs bigger, much stronger, AND way healthier as a result.

The book is based on empirical results and experience of the author, with no scientific dialogue, however, despite some exaggerations, the book provides important background information.
I appreciated the knowledge of steroid use. I thought he took too long with his disclaimer of not recommending this for anyone and his sense of humor got tiring to me. Otherwise, a good read and I learned a lot.
The author knows his stuff, and there aren't many other places to find such an exhaustive and frank discussion of steroids.. However, the rambling, repetitiveness, and disorganization make it difficult to extract cohesive information. Furthermore, in trying to be complete, he throws a lot of unnecessary minutiae and over-analysis in there, especially regarding steroids, the make the book confusing at best. Lastly, the dosages he recommends, even for intermediate levels, are very high (and I myself am for from conservative in that area). There's some useful stuff in here, but it's buried in a haphazard heap.
On this book you have
- Training program (even though I recommend you to buy a specific book)
- Explanation about the main steroids and their effects.
- Cycle samples
- Post cycle therapy
- Long term testosterone use
Recommended for levels 1 and 2 of bodybuilding only.
First off, there is really no empirical data on the application of AAS as it pertains to bodybuilding uses. That said, the author is most certainly one who walks the walk and has "been around the block" as mentioned above. This work is a great read and covers the basics of training, nutrition, AAS use, as well as a few other compounds. For a fair, unbiased assessment of the implications of anabolic steroids use, you really can't go wrong with this work.
